James G. Hanna, CCCA, CCS, CPE has met all of the qualifications as a Certified Professional Estimator from the American Society of Professional Estimators (ASPE). This certification is evidence of estimating proficiency and ethical awareness and provides estimators a means to validate their skills and knowledge. The ASPE is a professional society which promotes the highest standards and ethics in the practice of construction estimating; continuing education through seminars and lectures on construction-related topics; and a means of personally communicating with fellow professionals providing an opportunity to exchange information and gain professional recognition.
Josh A. Grice, PE, CCCA, CEM, has become a Certified Construction Contract Administrator. This is a prestigious, nationally recognized credential that demonstrate Josh’s superior knowledge and understanding of the roles, responsibilities, and activities involved in good construction. To earn this designation, candidates must pass rigorous exams that are based on the Project Resource Manual - CSI Manual of Practice (PRM), the industry’s model for best practices in the fields of specification writing, product representation and contract administration. This achievement is considered a milestone in an individual's professional development, and proof of the individual’s commitment to continuous improvement in the construction industry.
Henry Guarriello: AIA, NCARB, LEED AP, CEM - recently achieved certification from The National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB) an organization that protects the public health, safety, and welfare by leading the regulation of the practice of architecture through the development and application of standards for licensure and credentialing of architects. NCARB members are the architectural registration boards of the 50 states, the District of Columbia, and three U.S. territories (Guam, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands). NCARB's primary function is to maintain records for state boards, architects, and interns, and an NCARB Certificate means that the holder has met the highest professional standards established by the registration boards responsible for protecting the health, safety, and welfare of the public.
