School District of Upper Dublin - Cardinal Stadium

School District of Upper Dublin - Cardinal Stadium

In 2012, D’Huy Engineering, Inc. provided construction administration services to complete a $98 million Upper Dublin High School addition and renovation project. Thereafter, the School District of Upper Dublin tasked D’Huy with developing a master plan and feasibility study for improvements to the District’s Cardinal Stadium. We worked with District officials to develop a phased program and cost estimate for this plan. Based on the results of this master plan, D’Huy was assigned to proceed with the design of the stadium improvements. We provided construction administration services, developed construction documents, obtained governmental approvals, and assisted the District in the bidding process. The completion of the improvements to the District’s Cardinal Stadium includes a new synthetic turf multi-purpose sports field, a resurfaced synthetic track, walkway, fencing, utility and bleacher improvements - all ready for the first home football game in the fall of 2014.
